The Midwest Gun Club is a Federal Firearms License holder and can help you with your interstate firearm transfer. To begin your transfer process please print out the FFL Firearm Transfer Form and drop it off at the store or fax it to us at 330-854-9177. For questions or to follow up on your transfer you can call us at 330-854-7700 during normal business hours.

Notes:
* Transferring dealer must hold a valid FFL
* Incoming transfers require an ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check
* Midwest Gun Club is not responsible for the condition of transferred firearms
* Customer agrees to assume all risk of buying or selling firearms on internet
* Insurance and shipping are extra for outbound transfers
* Transfer and shipping fees must be paid before outbound transfers are sent
