Joe Horn, homeowner in Texas, calls 911 about someone breaking into his neighbors house. After listening to repeated warnings from the dispatcher he tells the dispatcher that he is going out to shoot them and proceeds to shoot the bad guys. The point of this video is not whether it is a clean shoot but rather his inability to keep his mouth shut.
